What people have to say about the Dreadnought.

Maybe it is because it is a big pirate ship look alike.  Or maybe it is the huge amount of details that went into every part.  It might be the fun and thrills it gives the thousands of patrons who step on board her each Renaissance Faire season.  The Dreadnought is great and here are some comments made by people who know the ship well.

"It's become a common thing to see pirates at a Renaissance Faire, but not very common to see proper, Elizabethan Sea Dogs - let alone an entire Elizabethan ship.  In visiting the Dreadnought, faire goers are presented with an unique experience to explore the tools and methods utilized by the likes of Drake and Hawkins.  It was the exploits of these early privateers that set the stage for the more popularized Blackbeard and Morgan.  In boarding this ship, walking its decks, viewing its weaponry and rigging, a visitor can almost sense the birth of the Golden Age of Piracy."
